Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how deposits and payments are handled for Hawaiian Wedding Company ceremonies. This is a placeholder — final wording will be added before going live.
1. Deposits
A deposit reserves your ceremony date. Deposits are refundable up to 14 days after booking, less any processing fees. After 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
2. Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 30 days or more before your ceremony may receive a partial refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit.
3. Rescheduling
We understand plans change. We will do our best to reschedule your ceremony to a new date at no additional charge, subject to availability.
4. Refund Processing
