3.1 Program Description

Our SMS/MMS messaging program is a mixed-use campaign that sends two categories of messages: marketing messages and non-marketing messages. You may opt in to either or both categories. Consent for marketing messages is separate from consent for non-marketing messages. Providing your phone number does not constitute consent to receive either type of message — you must affirmatively opt in by checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) on our opt-in forms.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You are never required to agree to receive SMS messages in order to submit a form, complete a booking, or make a purchase.

3.2 Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 808-737-5257. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@hawaiianweddingcompany.com.

Opt-out scope: Texting STOP will unsubscribe you from all SMS/MMS messages — both marketing and non-marketing. If you wish to unsubscribe from marketing messages only while continuing to receive non-marketing messages, please contact us at info@hawaiianweddingcompany.com or 808-737-5257 and we will update your preferences accordingly.

3.4 Message Frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and booking interactions. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

3.5 Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3.6 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS/MMS messaging program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are the owner of the phone number provided or are authorized to use it.

3.7 Privacy Policy

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your mobile information, including that no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4.1 How You Opt In

You may opt into our SMS/MMS messaging program through website forms (by checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) on our forms or booking pages), keyword opt-in (texting JOIN to 808-737-5257), or direct consultation requests.

4.2 Separate Marketing and Non-Marketing Consent

Because our messaging program is a mixed-use campaign, our opt-in forms provide separate consent options. You may choose to opt into marketing messages only, non-marketing messages only, both, or neither. No consent checkbox is pre-selected. Consent is always optional and is never required to submit a form, complete a booking, or make a purchase.

4.3 Revocation of Consent

5.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to send unsolicited messages or spam, attempt to compromise our systems, use automated scrapers without permission, impersonate any person or entity, or engage in conduct that damages our services.

5.2 Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Hawaiian Wedding Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
